Rain Test Chambers
The Sanwood Rain Test Chambers are used to test the water resistance and sealing of a product.
The Sanwood Rain Test Chambers are widely used to test electrical and electronic products, lamps, lighting and lanterns, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, etc.
To ensue the most efficient and compliant test environemnt, Water is projected at all angles through a 6.3mm nozzle at a flow rate of 12.5 liters/min at a pressure of 30kN/m2 for 3 minutes from a distance of 3 meters.
The Sanwood Rain Test Chambers meet the following starndards:

IPX5 Test Methods :
There’s a 120mm circle at separately nozzle at 2.5 m in the main water flow, the water spray time is about 1 min per m2 at the sample shell. The time is at least for 3 min, the space between spray nozzle and sample shell is about 2.2~3m; This equipment contains the water tank. The water tank photos like above picture mentioned.
IPX6 Test Methods :
Test equipment and test condition: water tank. The dimension should be make the sample in the water tank, the bottom of the distance to surface at least 1 m. The distance from top of sample to surface should be at least 0.15m.Test time: 30 min
IPX7 Test Methods :
Test equipment and test condition: water tank. The dimension should be make the sample in the water tank, the bottom of the distance to the surface at least 1.5m.
